Ordinarily Smart

Sitting on the bus seat,

I was imagining,

What would I write in the exams,

As I was not prepared at all,

Suddenly someone said "Hey"

Breaking my stressful concentration,

I looked back,

But the seat behind me,

Just had a sack,

I thought someone was calling someone else,

So I turned back my face,

But then I heard the same voice again,

But this time I could see a face,

It was two oval eyes,

With broad lips,

The sack could speak,

I thought my stress was making me mad,

But then I heard a different voice,

It said "Oh! What a disgusting smell!"

I was shocked totally,

The seat in front of me was speaking,

I saw the other passengers,

They were sitting as nothing was happening,

The sack asked "Hey seat, the man must have bottom burp."

Though I got no smell,

But still, I felt pale,

I couldn't believe my eyes,

All the non-living things,

Were speaking with each other,

The seat replied "Sack you should be sacked,

Making fun of my helplessness,

You crossed the limits of selfishness"

The sack laughed and was about to say something,

When the passenger carrying it,

Pulled the sack holding the ear,

The sack screamed "Ouch! It is hurting me"

The seat smiled and replied "It is your karma, my friend"

I stopped the passenger,

And asked him " Uncle can you please hold the sack a bit light"

The person looked at me,

But without any expression went away,

As he went all the objects looked at me,

I got a strange vibe,

It seemed like stranger things were happening with me,

I said "I can hear you all"

But no one responded a word,

I was about to ask "What happened?"

But someone switched me off,

And pushed me inside the pocket,

I understood it was my owner,

He was holding me and was about to give the exam,

He was changing the camera facing,

Hence I could change my way of looking,

For a second I forgot my true identity,

I am also an inanimate object,

It is just that I am a bit smarter than others,

The living uncle naturally looked at me,

To see my big size and other feature,

I tackle such looks regularly,

But he couldn't hear me,

All the other objects were jealous of me,

Though I wanted to help them,

But helplessly I remained on vibrate mode,

What else could I do,

I was just a smartphone.
