A season comes,
A season rolls.
Spring's rebirth,
Resuming spirit, a scenic view
Lush and green and buds all new.
Soft drizzles washes away winter's dust.
Magic meadows in full bloom,
lilies and daffodils it encrust.
A season comes,
A season rolls.
Summer's cheer,
Promising azure, bright and clear
Bounty of fruits, peaches and pear
Sweet smell and drops of sweat
Intermixing with the hot, humid air,
Gears up for a transition, near.
A season comes,
A season rolls.
Autumn's angst
A longer gaze, intensifies haze.
Leaves of gold, ombre to red
Devises for farewell, a foretold death.
Petals and leaves, shed and fall
From branches, brown, barren and tall.
A season comes,
A season rolls.
Winter's senescence,
Breeze foggy and crisp, skin peels and stiff.
Grey snow cover, masking transparency
Trees, birds and weather, all in dormancy.
Enclosed in cocoon, for healing and renewal.
Hoping for temperate days to ascend,
Breaking this long interval, annual.
Again,
A season comes,
A season rolls.
Enjoyable read
A season comes,
A season rolls...
