The story is about an investigative journalist, Bala, who is sort of on-his-down-and-out in both personal and professional life. A lifeline is thrown at him,where he gets to investigate a so-called-godman in Mangalore, who is alleged to have stolen money, harboured criminals and raped a woman devotee.
