Even I was curious and asked the same. Then he said, "It's not about the song. There were many songs like that, its about the emotion... The old song means the old memories that come in the form of songs, dreams, contemplations." I think it's a beautiful take on memories, how we replay it and takes us back to another time, to those simpler days, when we were not burdened with worries and responsibilities, when life was not this hectic.

The 'song' is an idea, a metaphor of the past memories that we keep playing again and again. However, if you want a specific song, there were different songs at various points in time, Linkin Park's Numb, Adele's Hello, Damien's Rice' -It takes a lot to know a man can refer to the three paragraphs in order.
